Take a break from everyday life when you know it or why not try to work a little remote? In the bright and spacious apartment there is room for both pleasure and enjoyment!
Object ID: NT1811, Stoupa, Messinia Mani
A bright and beautiful apartment on two levels and high standard as well as two spacious bedrooms located in a well-kept two-storey apartment building: in the middle of the community but far from the noise.
In front of the house you can conveniently park your car and, as all amenities are close, you can walk to shops or tavernas in just a few minutes. The house is located on a quiet back street and to the beach you take about 3 minutes through a narrow and beautiful alley.
Open plan living with bright, airy living room that leads onto a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfasts. A beautiful kitchen with generous work surfaces, dishwasher and washing machine and dining table where you can dine in the cooler evenings.
The living room is large enough for both the sofa bed and the sofa, and you will find on this floor a large bathroom that can be used by your overnight guests. Both bedrooms and one to the bathroom are one floor down and accessed via a beautiful staircase.
Both bedrooms have large built-in double wardrobes. Please note that furniture, furnishings and appliances are included in the price! Worth considering: If you want to rent your apartment to others, you can easily spend 3 months a year asking for 100 Euro per night given the situation and the number of beds.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and elements in each room and is heated by means of oil elements. You can choose freely if you want hot water via solar panels or the oil burner.

About the area: Peloponnese and Stoupa
On the southern coast of Peloponnese in Greece and about 60 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or about 3,5 hour drive from Athens International Airport) lies the beautiful and unspoiled village of Stoupa with warm, beautiful summers and mild winters.
With two lovely sandy golden beaches (as well as several smaller beaches), this once-sleepy city has become more and more popular as a tourist destination, yet has left the true Greece. There are about 20 tavernas and restaurants along the seafront where you can enjoy delicious local and traditional Greek dishes.
Stoupa is located in a fascinating area called Mani. This is the only part of Greece never conquered by intruders. The people, Maniots, built a towerhouse (called Mani Tower) where they took shelter under the countless local feudes fought here. Some of these Mani Tower have been restored and can still be seen in the area.
The author Nikos Kazantzakis who wrote Zorba the Greek when he lived here and his statue can be seen looking over the Kalogrias border. For history lovers, Stoupa is ideally located for visiting such fascinating places as Olympia and Mystras - or you can just sit on the beach or in a taverna and sip an ouzo with locals!
During the period March to October, you can fly directly to Kalamata from Stockholm or Copenhagen (check out times at the Aegean). If you choose to come to Stoupa during the period November - February where there are no direct flights to Kalamata airport from Scandinavia, you can choose Athens as a flight destination and then you need to expect about 3,5 hours drive from Athens airport.
