"Petra's hospitable house" is a complex consisting of four stone houses on two levels: one larger (84 sqm) and three smaller (68, 64 and 60 sqm). Tasteful furnishings, high-quality furniture, beds and sofas: the houses can be rented all year round, so feel free to come even outside the regular season! All houses have 2 bathrooms, two toilets, washing machine and dishwasher, WiFi and fully equipped kitchen. The houses are detached and all have a balcony upstairs (with sea views) and a nice terrace for early breakfasts on the ground floor: all are protected from the sun by sun umbrellas or bamboo pergola.

Prices per day + payment terms for short-term rental

Rates include daily cleaning and change of towels as well as linen every 3 days. You pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer and the remaining amount on arrival via bank card or cash. You can cancel your reservation free of charge 40 days before arrival. If you cancel later than that, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rates for 1-5 months out-of-season rental

From November 1st to last March you can rent the houses per month. The price includes WiFi but not cleaning, water and electricity. You will pay 50 € per month directly to the owner for moderate consumption of water and electricity. In cases where you exceed the normal consumption, the owner will charge higher amounts with presentation of the bills. Different booking conditions depending on how long you want to stay.

On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and about 50 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or about 3 hours drive from Athens International Airport) is the beautiful and unspoilt village of Stoupa with warm, glorious summers and mild winters. With two lovely sandy golden beaches (as well as several smaller beaches), this once sleepy village has become more and more popular as a tourist destination but still retains the genuine Greece. There are about 20 taverns and restaurants along the promenade where you can enjoy delicious local and traditional Greek cuisine.
